If you found me, it’s not by chance, it’s an assignment. I’m Lashonda Fletcher,
granddaughter, mother, caregiver, and advocate.
I have walked through grief, caregiving, and divine assignment. If you are here, it is urgent.
I am on a mission to help seniors confidently navigate Medicare with dignity, clarity, and truth.
If you are ready to be seen, heard, and cared for like family, I am here.
If you know a senior who needs someone they can finally trust, send them my way.
I am not simply filling out paperwork, I am shifting mindsets and restoring dignity.
Many are called; few are chosen. I accepted the assignment.

I am Lashonda Fletcher, owner of Lashonda Fletcher Insurance, LLC — licensed insurance agent, faith walker, motorcycle rider, and sunset chaser.
I didn’t just stumble into the insurance world—I was called into it.
My story begins with love, legacy, and a promise to serve. Growing up in the country, surrounded by the wisdom and warmth of my grandparents, I learned something that shaped my entire life: “Take care of the elderly, and you’ll receive your blessings.” Those words stuck to my soul like roots to rich soil.
Years later, when I became the caregiver for my grandmother, I saw firsthand the challenges that seniors face when navigating Medicare, healthcare, and financial security. It wasn’t just confusing—it was overwhelming, and frankly, unfair. My grandmother deserved better, every senior does. That experience lit a fire in me, that could not be ignored.
I entered this industry with one mission: to make sure no senior feels lost, overlooked, or underserved. From day one, I decided that I would be more than an insurance agent. I would be an advocate, an educator, and a bridge—transforming the journey from complicated and stressful, to simple and empowering. My clients aren’t just policyholders; they’re family.
What is my vision? My vision is bigger than selling policies. It’s about building legacies. It’s about making sure your story—and your family’s security—lives on as if you're still here after you are going.
I believe God gave me this assignment. I believe He hid me in plain sight, and prepared me for such a time as this. Now I’m walking boldly in my purpose: helping families across the nation find confidence, clarity, and care in their Medicare and life insurance decisions.
This isn’t just business. This is ministry. This is legacy. This is LaShonda Fletcher Insurance, LLC—Medicare Made Simple. Care Made Personal.
Hospital halls. Whispered prayers. Laptop on my knees, Medicare modules open while monitors beeped. I did not know the rules; I only knew she needed me. Love made me a student, and pain made me a practitioner. God transformed my fear into fluency. I became her walking university — her walking dictionary.
She never had to open her mouth because I spoke for her. That is what I now do for you.
On February 12, 2022, I lost my grandmother. I thought my purpose had died as well. Then God whispered, “Those are not your tears.”
I realized I was crying for people I had not met yet — seniors, caregivers, and children trying to be strong. Grief did not end my calling; it clarified it.
Five months in the hospital — heart monitors, midnight alarms, and paperwork that could drown a person. I was terrified and tender at the same time. Being chosen does not mean you will not be shaken.
Caregiving was not an event; it was my identity — advocate, intercessor, and organizer. If I could fight for her, I could fight for anyone’s loved one.

This is not a job; it is an assignment.
I am on a mission to help 3,000 seniors confidently navigate Medicare with dignity, clarity, and truth.
Our elders deserve more than rushed appointments and confusing answers.
They deserve the truth — delivered with respect, authenticity, and soul.
I do this in honor of my grandmother and for every senior who has ever been talked over, misled, or left confused.
This represents more than what I do; it defines who I am.
My purpose is to shift mindsets, restore respect, and protect what our elders have earned.
I am not here to pitch; I am here to protect — to ensure that our people are not just covered but genuinely cared for.
Many are called, yet few are chosen.
I have been chosen, and I am answering the call.
Pill cutting, bill juggling, secret crying in parking lots.
Seniors choosing between groceries and co-pays.
Side effects that feel like new battles every day.
Smiling in public while breaking in private.
Juggling meds, appointments, bills, and emotions.
Isolation that eats away at joy.
Seniors living on fixed incomes, choosing between medicine and groceries.
Parents too proud to ask their children for help.
Children who want to help—but don’t know how.
Hospital stays that break more than bodies—they break spirits.
I have seen seniors lying in hospital beds with tears in their eyes — not because of the sickness, but because of the bills waiting at home.
They are burdened by worries about pets, grandchildren, church responsibilities, unpaid utilities, and groceries.
That stress is poison; it prevents healing.
Many are discharged too early, still unwell, only to return worse. It is a revolving door that is breaking families.
There are tools such as hospital indemnity and living benefits that can relieve this pressure and allow people to focus on healing rather than worrying. Most seniors do not even know these tools exist. I know — and I bring them to the table for you.
Hospital indemnity insurance pays you cash directly when you are admitted to the hospital.
You can use this money however you need — for bills, groceries, rent, child care, or gas to get back and forth.
This is about freedom:
Freedom to heal without fear.
Freedom to keep the lights on.
Freedom to breathe.
Living benefits cover you while you are still alive. They pay out if you have a heart attack, stroke, cancer, or another serious diagnosis. Instead of leaving you to struggle alone, they provide immediate relief.
Far too many seniors return to the hospital after being discharged because they never healed properly. Stress, unpaid bills, and constant worry prevent the body from resting. Living benefits create the space for genuine recovery.
“I cannot afford another plan.” → These benefits are often affordable, especially compared to the cost of one hospital stay.
“I will not need it.” → None of us plan for accidents or sudden illnesses. Preparing in advance ensures dignity later.
“I have Medicare, so I am covered.” → Medicare covers medical care, not lost income or household bills.
I have heard families whisper in funeral homes, “We do not have it.”
Parents are often too proud to ask for help.
Children feel embarrassed because they did not prepare.
Families are forced into online fundraisers.
That is not legacy — it is desperation.
Love should leave memories, not bills.
It should leave dignity, not debt.
Life insurance represents more than a policy — it is a promise.
It protects the people you love so they can grieve in peace rather than financial chaos.
I understand the guilt of not knowing where to start.
I know the worry that comes with not having answers when a parent or grandparent asks questions.
When you walk this road with me, you will not carry that burden alone. I will give you the words, the scripts, and the clarity needed to show up for your loved ones without fear or confusion.
Compassion before conversion — people over policies.
Clarity over jargon — plain talk, practical steps.
Integrity over income — truth first, always.
Commitment beyond enrollment — I stay.
A safe space to say the scary truth.
A translator between medical, insurance, and real life.
A plan you can follow, and a prayer you can hold.
A partner who fights for your peace like it’s my own.
To serve, advocate, and protect seniors and families with the same love I had for my grandmother and the same fight I have for my daughter.
A world where seniors are not forgotten, families are protected, and no one suffers in silence.
Compassion. Integrity. Faith. Advocacy. Family.
You arrived searching for answers, yet what you have found is a woman who has lived the
pain, cried the tears, and turned grief into purpose.
This is urgent.
If I have been assigned to you, act today.
Every day of waiting brings more stress, more debt, and more pain.
Let us walk through this journey together.
Hidden in Plain Sight. Chosen for a Mission.
